Dear guests, We are looking forward to welcoming you on board of an A-ROSA river cruise ship soon! With A-ROSA you will experience a new way of travelling. To ensure that you enjoy this experience to the fullest right from the start, we would like to give you some information regarding your arrival and your time on board. On embarkation day you may plan your arrival individually or book a transfer via A-ROSA. Please find more information about the transfer service and reservation process on the following pages.

Arrival by plane
Guests arriving by plane to Munich airport may book a transfer to the ship for embarkation. The transfer reservation must be made in advance.
Arrival by train
For guests arriving by train at Passau train station A-ROSA offers a scheduled transfer to the ship. The transfer is offered only on the day of embarkation and disembarkation. Please contact us if you wish to register for the transfer. An advance reservation is mandatory. For guests booked at A-ROSA SELECT Premium all inclusive conditions the transfer is free of charge.
Arrival by car
Guest travelling to Passau by car, may book a parking space for the duration of the cruise. Our associate is Globus parking garage. A reservation has to be made prior cruise. Arrival by plane
Guests arriving by plane to Cologne or Düsseldorf airport may book a transfer from the airport to the pier for embarkation and vice versa. The transfer reservation must be made in advance.
Arrival by train
For guests arriving by train at Cologne main station, A-ROSA offers scheduled transfers to the ship. The transfers are offered only on the day of embarkation and disembarkation. Please contact us if you wish to register for a transfer. An advance reservation is mandatory. Train operated by Deutsche Bahn from all German train stations to Cologne, Regensburg or Engelhartszell. You will find the departure point in the respective cruise. For guests booked at A-ROSA SELECT Premium all inclusive conditions the transfer is free of charge.
Arrival by car
Guest travelling to Cologne by car, may book a parking space for the duration of the cruise. Our associate is Globus parking garage. A reservation has to be made prior cruise. For reservations, details and prices please contact us at +420 577 008 740 or by email to info@ictour.cz. The address of the parking garage is: Globus-Parkhaus Poll-Vingster Straße 105 D-51105 Cologne. A transfer will take you from the parking garage to the pier for embarkation.
We also offer you a possibility to park at Globus Group - Parkservice in Cologne. Transfer from parking to the port is included in price.

Transfer services
A transfer service is only available for guests who booked the A-ROSA flight arrangement. You may only use the transfer if you received the corresponding transfer voucher. The transfer cannot be booked in advance for individual arrivals at Lyon airport. Depending on availability you may book the transfer on site for a fee of cca € 17,50 per person and way.
Arrival by car

We recommend parking at Charles de Gaulle Airport. From here you can use our collective transfer to the ship. We will be happy to advise you on this. You can reserve the parking space before the start of your cruise. You will receive all information about the offer with your travel documents.
