From 1.1.2025, cruises on the Danube will take place from Passau - the cruise starts with a beautiful ride through Passau's old town - a win-win for everyone!
All cruises are international, which means that all materials such as the ship's newspaper, menus, radio announcements, etc. are in English. Likewise, excursions are available with English-speaking guides and the on-board staff speaks English (usually German as well).

About 80 km west of Vienna is the Wachau Valley, which boasts a UNESCO World Heritage site, home to great wines and beautiful scenery. This valley is lined with vineyards, and on the hills you can see castles, chateaux and romantic ruins that bear witness to the ancient past.
Vienna is the pinnacle of Danube cruising - with its wealth of museums, galleries, palaces, the State Opera and many theatres, it enjoys a lively cultural scene all year round.
Linz is Austria's largest port city. In recent years, this industrial city has been transformed into a cultural fortress. Whether it is theatre, cinema, art or music. The views of the city are magnificent, especially in the evening.

If you take the A3 motorway, use the "Passau-Süd" exit. At the end of the motorway exit continue along the road towards Passau. After about 2 kilometres through the Neuburg Forest, take the first possible left turn onto Messestrasse. The entrance is marked "Gewerbegebiet Kohlbruck Messestrase". After 150 metres you will reach the Globus Parkhaus.
Parking reservations are required in advance and are payable in cash or by credit card on site. We will be happy to help you with your parking reservation free of charge.

The official language on board is German. Thus all written information are available also in English, and partly in Italian, Spanish and French on our international cruise ships.
In addition, excursions are offered in several languages. On board selected cruises the A-ROSA international host looks after the concerns of our international guests.
