As of 2023, all cruises are international, meaning that all materials such as the ship's newspaper, menus, radio announcements, etc. are in English. Likewise, excursions are available with English-speaking guides and the on-board staff speaks English (mostly German as well).

You will set sail from Lyon, the absolute epitome of the delectable gastronomy of France. It is also famous for the creation of cinema at the hands of the Lumiere brothers or for the historic part of the city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The attractive city of Lyon certainly has a lot to offer visitors.
The first stop will be the town of Viviers, at the heart of which is a particularly impressive Renaissance building known as the House of the Chevaliers, with magnificent carvings on its facade. What is also guaranteed to enchant you is the view from the old part of town. Just behind St. Vincent's Cathedral, you can enjoy the view of the rooftops of the city, the surrounding hills and distant mountains, the Rhône River, as well as the large statue of the Madonna standing on the hill above the city.
On board the boat, you will enjoy the beauty of the Rhône River all the way to the city of Arles, famous for the beauty of its women and in the works of Georges Bizet. Vincent van Gogh was also impressed by the landscape here, decorating his 'yellow house' and creating a series of famous drawings of sunflowers.
Knowing how to live is something the people of Provence know a lot about. Surrounded by olive trees, lavender fields and vineyards that produce the best red wines, it's a place to relax and enjoy life. Regional specialities include white nougat from Montélimar, candied fruit from Apt and the famous truffles from the Vaucluse mountains.
You'll also visit the song-filled city of Avignon, where the Popes left an indelible mark during the Middle Ages. Here you will find beautifully decorated palaces, ancient churches, chapels and monasteries. Take a moment to wander the ancient streets of Avignon, one of the most elegant of which is rue Joseph Vernet.
Carmague - as you approach the Mediterranean, the scenery on this cruise begins to change, becoming wilder and more untamed. The Rhône Delta is famous for its black bulls, white horses and pink flamingos. Don't miss the small town of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer with its 9th century fortified church.
