The Moselle has truly enchanted you with its landscape. In ancient times, the river found one of the most beautiful routes through the Rhine massifs – a route full of graceful curves. The fertile slopes and forests have beautified the surroundings so much that you feel as if you were in a landscape from Tolkien's stories. Lush vineyards between rocky cliffs and picturesque villages benefit from the ideal climate. Sunny and mild weather create perfect conditions for a winemaking tradition that is more than 2,000 years old. It was here that the famous Riesling was created, which can now be found in the world's best restaurants. The picturesque villages give the impression that time has passed more slowly, and people here enjoy the sun and the joy of life. Visitors feel that they have found themselves in a place where life calms down and everything has its time.
All cruises are international, i.e. that all materials such as the menu, radio announcements, etc. are in English. Likewise, tours are available with English-speaking guides and on-board staff speak English (mostly German as well).
Cologne - there are many attractions to see and they are all overshadowed by the cathedral with a length of 144.5 meters and a height of 157.38 meters it is the third largest church building in the world. The view of Cologne is definitely worth the effort when climbing the 533 steps of the church tower. Basilica of the Church of St. Martina is another fantastic spectacle. The brightly colored houses of the Cologne fish market seem to glow in front of her. Thanks to its location away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, you can enjoy the atmosphere of the old town here.
Trier - The city can claim the title of the oldest city in Germany and is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Romans left a lasting mark on Trier, and historic buildings from that time still shape the city's appearance: the amphitheater, the Römerbrücke bridge, the Igeler Säule (Igel), the Barbarathermen and Kaiserthermen baths, the Konstantinbasilika (Basilica of Constantine) and – of course – the most famous symbol of the city, the Porta Nigra. The name of this impressive former city gate is probably a reference to its weathered sandstone.
Koblenz - Discover Koblenz on your Rhine cruise. Its history goes back more than 2,000 years, making it one of the oldest cities in Germany - and one of the most picturesque with a wealth of historical, historical and cultural attractions. Admire Koblenz's palaces, mansions, churches and historic buildings in the narrow and romantic corners of the old town. As soon as the A-ROSA comes close to the famous Cape Deutsches Eck, you will be mesmerized.

Parking in Cologne
We recommend parking directly in Cologne. Clients can make their own parking reservations, or we will be happy to help them with the reservation free of charge. Reservations are made with Globus Parkhaus. Reservations can be made in writing on www.globus-group.de. Payment is made on site in cash or by EC card. The price includes a bus transfer to the ship and back, including luggage.
We recommend booking parking well in advance.

How to get to the car park:
The car park is located right next to the A57 motorway. Take exit 29 - Bickendorf and follow the signs to Bilderstöckchen. You can park your car on the day of arrival anytime between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. The Globus shuttle will take you from the car park to your ship from approximately 2:15 p.m.
Recommended arrival time is between 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Please note that the ship strictly adheres to the departure times. You will find out the exact transfer time on site. At the end of your stay, you will find out the departure time of the transfer from the ship to the car park.
